Privacy policy

This policy explains how ASLAN ONLINE ORDER LLC ("June Finds", "we") handles personal information when you visit junefinds.com or buy from us.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone number, shipping address, what you bought and the amount paid.
- Payment details: card or wallet details are entered into a form provided by Stripe and go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you choose to save your card for add-ons to the same order, Stripe stores it; we only keep the card brand and last 4 digits.
- Messages: what you send us by email or the contact form.
- Device and visit data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters and the Meta click ID), collected with cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including sending order and shipping emails.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To measure which ads and pages work, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested (only if you haven't opted out; see "Your choices").
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing visit data with Meta for advertising can count as "selling" or "sharing" under some US state laws; you can opt out at any time (see below).
Newsletter
If you sign up for the June Finds letter, we keep your email address, the page you signed up on, the date and your country (from your IP address). We use it only to email you about new products and journal posts, never more than a few times a month, and we don't sell it. Every newsletter email will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing support@junefinds.com.

Your choices
You can turn off advertising cookies and the sharing of your visit data with Meta at any time:
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, advertising cookies and Meta measurement stay off and we treat it as a request to opt out of selling or sharing. Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland, and visitors whose location we can't determine, are asked before any advertising cookies are set.
Your rights, including California (CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on where you live, including California, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and share, and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising (use "Your Privacy Choices" above, or GPC);
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
In the last 12 months we collected the categories listed under "What we collect" (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and approximate location from your IP address) for the purposes listed above, and shared them with the recipients listed above. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a "limit" option.
To make a request, email support@junefinds.com with the subject "Privacy request". We'll confirm your request by matching the email address and order details we have, and reply within 45 days. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting (generally 7 years). Marketing and visit data is kept for up to 2 years. Messages are kept for up to 3 years.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their information. Our wine accessories are intended for adults 21 and older.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, keep payment details with Stripe, and limit who can access order data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
