Terms of service

These terms apply when you use junefinds.com or buy from June Finds. June Finds is operated by ASLAN ONLINE ORDER LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and have a shipping address in the United States. Our wine accessories are intended for adults 21 and older.
Orders and prices
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show JUNEFINDS.COM. If you choose to save your card for add-ons, we may charge it only for an add-on you choose to add to the same order on the confirmation page.
Shipping and delivery
Ships in 1–3 business days. Delivery in 7–12 business days. Delivery dates are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. Responsibility for the package passes to you when it is delivered.
Returns
You can contact us about a return within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or not as described, we send a full refund or a free replacement once we confirm the issue, and you don't need to send it back. If you change your mind, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, return shipping is paid by you, and we refund once it reaches us. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Using our products safely
- Travel head strap: never use it while driving. On aircraft, remove it during taxi, takeoff and landing, or whenever the crew asks, and follow all crew instructions.
- Wine aerator: for adults 21 and older. Please drink responsibly. Follow the instructions included with the product.
Product information
We try to describe products accurately. Photos may be illustrative, and colors may look slightly different on your screen. If an item isn't as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it (see Returns & Refunds).
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except for the refund rights described in our policies and any rights you have under law that can't be waived, products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Site use
Don't misuse the site, try to access other customers' information, or copy our content. The June Finds name, logo and site content belong to ASLAN ONLINE ORDER LLC.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please email us first at support@junefinds.com; most problems can be fixed quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
